By creating an account, registering your gym, or entering member payment details on Ledgrfit, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

2. Description of Service

Ledgrfit provides free gym payment tracking, outstanding dues alerts, and revenue metrics software.

• We provide standard interfaces for recording membership dues, partial payments, and renewal histories.
• All services are provided completely free while we are growing. We reserve the right to introduce premium paid features or subscription models in the future, with appropriate notification to active users.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts & Identity

Access to the Service requires creating an account. Ledgrfit integrates with Clerk to handle secure user authentication, signup, and login flows.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Ledgrfit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard account credentials.

4. Data Ownership & Content

We respect your ownership rights over the data you upload to the Service:

• Your Data: You retain ownership of all member names, phone numbers, plans, and history logs entered into your gym workspace. You grant Ledgrfit a license to host, store, back up, and render this data solely for the purpose of showing you dashboard metrics and providing the Service.
• Our Content: The design, logo, layouts, custom code, features, trademarks, and assets of Ledgrfit are the exclusive intellectual property of Ledgrfit and protected by applicable copyright laws.

5. Permitted & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity or violate any local regulatory standards.
• Upload member information without appropriate consent or authorization from the respective members.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, servers, or database instances.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or steal source files or styling blocks from the application layout.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Ledgrfit does not guarantee that the metrics, dashboard calculations, or export tools will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted. You assume all responsibility for verifying the accuracy of payment records before making business decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEDGRFIT OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, MEMBER DATA, OR GOODWILL arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delhi, India.
